Schöne Unterkunft in der sächsischen Schweiz
 ·  Unkomplizierte Anreise mit Türcode. Gute Ausstattung, es war sogar ein 2. Fernseher vorhanden. Die Geschirrspülmaschine war super, es waren sogar Tabs vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön zum Wandern. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

 ·  Das große Bett war sehr bequem, aber die Schlafcouch war recht hart, das war nicht so angenehm. Ansonsten alles super.

 · Sehr gute Lage zum Wandern in die Schrammsteine und zur Elbe.

 · Die Hauptstraße vor dem Haus ist tagsüber etwas laut (Werktags ab 6:00)
Bis zur nächsten Gaststätte und zur Innenstadt von Bad Schandau muss man etwas länger laufen

FEWO´s sind in Ordnung und okay. Bad Schandau nicht!!
 · Die beiden Ferienwohungen waren ganau so wie beschreiben eingerichtet. Mit dem in der Wohnung vorhandenen Küchengeschirr incl. Geräte konnte mann arbeiten. Die Betten waren für unserer Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Die weiteren Einrichtungsgegenstände waren in Ordnung. Sofa und Sessel bequem. Badezimmer funkional eingerichtet mit Fenster. Sehr gut.

 · Die Treppe in die obere Wohnung ist im letzten Teil doch sehr steil mit einer geringen Auftrittstiefe. Somit ist das Begehen speziell mit Gepäck (Koffer, etc...) doch nicht sehr einfach. Die elektronischen Türschlüssel sind etwas fummlig in der Bedienung. Die am Haus vorbeiführende Strasse ist doch sehr stark befahren und damit recht laut, speziell im Sommer wenn man die Fenster offen hat.

Alles super!
 · Die Ausstattung in Küche und Bad war sehr gut. Ich hatte gar nicht so viel erwartet. Der Esstisch mit dem passenden Geschirr hat mir gut gefallen.

 · Wir sollten Mülltrennung machen, aber es war nur 1 Mülleimer in der Küche. Wir haben dann den Müll täglich gleich in die richtige Tonne gebracht. Da ging auch und war kein großer Aufwand. 😉

You have chosen a property with an ideal starting point for hiking, climbing or cycling tours, excursions in the near and far surroundings and for cultural highlights.
Dresden and its sights are approx. 50 km away and Prague is approx. 100 km away.

We have been renting out our property to our guests since summer 2018 following renovation and refurbishment.
In addition to comfortable apartments, there is a beautiful, large garden with old trees to linger and relax.

Your host: Michael Ottinger, 60 years of hosting with passion. Trained chef & confectioner with a degree in hotel and tourism management. Has worked in the industry for 40 years.
Several stays abroad and experience in project work, including the opening of 3 rehabilitation clinics and a 5* medical wellness hotel here in Saxony.

House rule

Dear guests!

Our apartment / Our cottage should be your second home. They should be able to feel good and rest. We've put a lot of effort into setting it up and hope you find everything you need. The following house rules should be a help for a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope will help you understand. With a proper treatment of the apartment you will help us in the future to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises.

KITCHEN

If you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, feel free to contact us. All things that are in the apartment / cottage or in the garden or the terrace, or belong, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle all the equipment and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care. Please make sure that your fellow travelers comply with the rental conditions. Please handle the kitchen equipment and the technical equipment with care. Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cabinets in clean and dry condition. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.

FIRE PROTECTION

The apartments are equipped with modern smoke detectors. These sound an alarm as soon as there is a certain amount of smoke in the room. The detectors are networked, so that in case of alarm for the safety of the guests all detectors in the house trigger a siren alarm. Also automatically an alarm info to the landlord. An alarm can only be acknowledged on the triggering detector itself and, if necessary, switched off. The remote control is the landlord in a false alarm only possible to temporarily silence the detector, the alarm itself remains active

Attention: There is no forwarding to the fire department. In case of fire please dial the 112.

Also make sure that you do not deliver escape routes, exits and doors. Fire extinguishers are always accessible. Please do not close the house entrance doors at night, this is the only way to escape directly into the open air. (Who panics at a key)

Please refrain from lighting candles or similar products in the interests of the safety of yourself and other guests.

DAMAGE

Nobody deliberately damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be glad, if you inform us of the damage and we will determine this, not only after your departure at the final cleaning. The renter is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement cost.

VENTILATE

To avoid mold, we kindly ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering. The radiator thermostats are automatically lowered by the window contacts with the windows open.

DUTY OF CARE

We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives comply with the rental conditions. The main entrance door and the side entrance (garden) should basically be closed and locked when leaving the house by key. Likewise, all windows are too close when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage from bad weather or burglary. The resources of water and electricity must be treated with care.

DISPOSAL

The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and green dot packaging. Corresponding containers are available on the property / room.

Dustbins and cosmetic buckets in the bathroom please use only with garbage bags and dispose of them closed in the residual waste bin. In the kitchen sink, the toilets, the sink and shower no waste, leftovers, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured! Avoid anything that can lead to clogging of the pipes (no toiletries in the toilet).

CLEANING

If you ever happen to a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to eliminate this immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment on departure broom clean and give all used dishes clean again in the closets.

REST PERIODS

In the spirit of a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe public rest periods such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. Also in the apartment itself should be kept out of consideration between 22:00 and 7:00 clock rest.

Party's are not welcome

TELEPHONE / INTERNET / WIFI / SMOKING

There is no telephone in the house.

In the apartment / in the cottage wireless Internet access (WLAN) is available. The access code will be given upon arrival. Using the Internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the renter. You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the internet use of the tenant. For the use of Internet access via WLAN, the WLAN user rules must also be taken into account.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment / cottage. Please leave the apartment / cottage for smoking. This is z. Ex. The garden or the entrance area available.

PETS

The bringing of pets is allowed after consultation with the landlords. We charge a fee of currently EUR 6.00 per pet / night

PARKING

We have 2 parking spaces for cars on our property you can use, more public parking spaces are located in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity. As far as you are provided with a parking space, this does not constitute a custody agreement. In case of loss or damage on the property parked or ranked vehicles and their contents, the landlord is not liable.

HOUSE RULES

For immediately necessary repairs and / or security, it may be essential that the landlord must enter the apartment without the knowledge of the guest.

KEY

Please never leave the keys out of your hands. A loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement cost.

LIABILITY

The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest (s). In the apartments there is also a small safe available. Also for its contents, the landlord assumes no liability.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The journey takes place after arrangement. On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guests to vacate the apartment / holiday house by 10:30 am at the latest. On your departure, the apartment / cottage should look like you have found it again.

By booking the apartment you accept our house rules.
